• Confirmation by signed quote marked “Bon pour accord — commande avec obligation de paiement” (approved, order with obligation to pay), by acceptance e-mail or by payment.
• 30% deposit on ordering, or full price if the service takes place within 30 days.
• Balance by bank transfer no later than 7 days before the service.
• Final number of participants confirmed no later than 10 days before.
• Free cancellation more than 15 days before; 30% of the price from 15 to 8 days; full price at 7 days or less.
• Late payment: interest at the ECB rate plus 10 percentage points, and a fixed recovery fee of €40.
• Up to 50 people per guide.

All our services are invoiced with French VAT, wherever your business is established.

Is your business established outside France? This VAT can be refunded through the VAT refund procedure for foreign businesses: via your own country’s tax portal for a business established in the European Union, or from the French tax authorities for a business established outside the EU.
